Born in
South Africa, Wedrich began riding when he was six years of age. His
early training in dressage was with Volvo World Cup Medalist, Jackie
Randall. Theo LeRos, Olympic team rider for Germany, was responsible for
my training in jumping. Wedrich studied in England for four years under
the guidance of many international riders, including Alan Kent and John
Whitaker. He successfully won the 5 foot division at both the National
Dunhill Derby and Volvo Nationals.
Since Wedrich arrived in the U.S. seven years ago,
he has had the opportunity to ride in many clinics. He has participated
in clinics with former Olympian in Three Day Eventing, Michael Page, and
former Olympic Dressage Medalist, Dottie Morkis.
Wedrich's focus now is on the training of horse
and rider in all four disciplines - hunter, jumper, equitation, and
dressage. He says "I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages and
abilities. In addition to my lesson program, I also enjoy having my
students involved in horse shows. Many of my students and I have
garnished many champion ribbons and received numerous accolades.
I
look forward to working with you. I hope you enjoy and achieve all your
equestrian dreams."

Whether the student is a small child or a timid adult, Ms. O'Sullivan teaches with an emphasis on teamwork between horse and rider and an understanding of how the horse operates. When she's not teaching or training she volunteers for a special needs riding program through local P.A.L., where she witnesses the magic horses can give to children with autism and other special needs. She teaches students from beginner through advanced.
